Complete the recording and mixing fee payment before locking in your official Through The Wire recording session. Schedule your phone recording session time. (Note: We understand that schedules within correctional facilities can change due to unexpected interruptions. We will adjust and reschedule your session whenever necessary.)

Call in, record your tracks live with our audio engineers, and receive your fully mixed and mastered music or song project within 3 days sent to your designated email.

Please review the following terms before booking your session.

All payments are non-refundable. Once a session is booked, time, energy, and resources are immediately committed to producing your track. As a result, we cannot offer refunds or revisions based on preferences regarding sound or quality.

Artists/Inmates must schedule their recording session within 30 days of payment receipt. Unscheduled sessions after 30 days will be forfeited without a refund.

If Creative Hope Studios cannot accommodate your booking within the 30-day window due to internal scheduling constraints, your payment will be refunded in full.

You retain 100% ownership of your work. Creative Hope Studios holds no rights to your recorded vocals or completed songs; all recorded material remains the sole intellectual property of the artist.

Creative Hope Studios is not liable for any institutional phone policies, rules, or state procedures violated during the recording process.
